

Grandma Millie used to bring me these every summer.(She made them with butterscotch morsels instead of chocolate chips).
- 1 12oz package semi-sweet chocolate chips
- 4 tablespoons peanut butter, crunchy or smooth
- 2 cups dry roasted peanuts, halved
- 1 3oz can Chinese noodles (I could only find a 5oz can so I used less)
- Melt the chocolate chips on top of a double boiler*.
- Stir in the peanut butter.
- Remove from heat and stir in the peanuts and Chinese noodles.
- Drop from a soup spoon onto waxed paper.
- Refrigerate until set.
