- All-Vegan-All-the-Time: Tons of information about buying and making Asian-style mock meat and other Chinese ingredients.
- Favorite Recipe: (I haven't had this long): Stir-Fried Vegetarian "Duck" with Chili, Bell Pepper, and Black Beans.
Classic Vegetarian Cooking from the Middle East and North Africa by Habeeb Salloum.
- Vegetarian, but mostly vegan or easily veganized. One of the most amazing cookbooks I have ever found. This book has encouraged me to obsess over spinach pies, sumac and other Middle Eastern delights. OH MY GOD, BUY THIS BOOK.
- Favorite Recipes: Everything I have made has been super easy to prepare and tasty tasty tasty!
Dakshin: Vegetarian Cuisine from South India by Chandra Padmanabhan, 1994, Harper Collins.
- Vegetarian/dairy (no eggs): Gorgeous photographs of tradional South Indian food that make me salivate. How-tos on making savories including dosas, vadas and spice blends.
- Favorite Recipes: Sambars, pickles and salads
The New Farm Vegetarian Cookbook by Louise Hagler and Dorothy Bates, 1988, The Book Publishing Company.
- Vegan/honey: How-tos on making your own tofu, tempeh, soy yogurt, and Ice Bean.
- Favorite Recipes: Macaroni and "Cheese" Casserole, Melty Nutritional Yeast "Cheese", Pancakes, Soft Sandwich Buns, Janie's Good Biscuits, and Skillet Cornbread (this book rocks, and there are a ton of other amazingly good and easy recipes to make).

- All-Vegan-All-the-Time: Ever wanted to know how to make V E G A N stuffed pastas? Real Italian pizza and foccacia? Omelets??? Now's the time baby! This book is a vegan mastermind. Get with it and get cooking.
